Description: Open Adminware is a suite of Linux Server Management Software. Distributed in 2 versions: Open Adminware Server and Open Adminware Console. Open Adminware Server uses a mouse driven interface running on X-windows. Open Adminware Console uses a simple menu running in text mode, which can be administered from remote locations. Open Adminware was created to be modular, which allows us to easily upgrade each module, and write new modules specific to Customers requirements. Software is free to use, but you must pay for support if needed after the first 30 days.

Webmin
Description: Webmin is a web-based interface for system administration for Unix. Using any browser that supports tables and forms (and Java for the File Manager module), you can setup user accounts, Apache, DNS, file sharing and so on. Webmin consists of a simple web server, and a number of CGI programs which directly update system files like /etc/inetd.conf and /etc/passwd. The web server and all CGI programs are written in Perl version 5, and use no non-standard Perl modules.

Usermin
Description: Usermin is a web interface that can be used by any user on a Unix system to easily perform tasks like reading mail, setting up SSH or configuring mail forwarding. It can be thought of as a simplified version of Webmin designed for use by normal users rather than system administrators. Like Webmin, Usermin consists of a simple web server, and a number of CGI programs which directly update user config files like ~/.cshrc and ~/.forward. The web server and all CGI programs are written in Perl version 5, and use only the non-standard Authen::PAM perl module.

Virtualmin
Description: Virtualmin is a virtual hosting management system written by Jamie Cameron, that integrates cleanly into the Webmin system administration tool. It was written under contract with Swell Technology and after a brief ransom period became another Open Source tool in the Webmin/Usermin family. We continue to accept sponsorship donations on behalf of Jamie for the continuing development of the module.
