docarc 
Description: Document Archive (docarc) is a database written in Perl to help you (and your workgroup) keeping track of the vast amount of electronic documents and BibTeX entries you might have in use. The underlying database is MySQL and because it's addressed through Perl's DBI, it might work with others as well). It's meant to be an alternative to .bib files and a complicated directory structure of document files. Although it's a web-based application command line frontends to the most important features have been developed. Some work on integration into the great browser suites Mozilla and Firefox has also been done.

Description: The druid is a tools that allows users to create databases in a graphical way. The user can add tables, fields, folders to group tables and can modify most of the database options that follow the SQL-92 standard. In addition to sql options, the user can document each table and each field with HTML information. KPGsql
Description: KPGsql is a frontend for the database system postgresql. It may be used to get a better output from postgres than psql. You may also send SQL-specific queries direct to the postgres backend (also over the net). As result you will get a well-formatted result-table in a QT-Widget. This table is (at this time) only viewable. No changes could be made to the values. A further benefit is the SQL-Export/Import-Option. With this functionality you may export and import files in sql-style.
