If you try to install xine with encrypted dvd support, you will get an error message about libdvdcss2 not available for installation. The fix is to run this command:
Try this in kconsole sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread3/examples/install-css.sh
If it says command not found or similar, then install this package:
sudo apt-get install libdvdread3
